enhancement part in development components of NWDS 7.0

Hi Experts,

Our business requirement:  The condition for XXXXX form create and delete the approver must be Manager position ,Example ASD,MNC,MSE, ASDA, FNTA..etc(only 3 or 4 CHAR with none numeric values).  NCQ1 is also part of the list of approver for XXXXX create and delete.

For  modifiy ,the approver must be other desigantion (3 CHAR with one numeric value for Example TMS1,MAS1,MAS2..etc)or(3 CHAR with one numeric value ending with A for Ex: CMS4A,MaC5A..etc).

Please help me to achieve this requirement with condition(if- else conditions), i am new to development part.
