NWDI Track creation

Hi All,

         While  I am creating NWDI Track - After check in step in trasnport studio checkin TAB  , I switched to Development Tab and selected the component and click on "IMPORT" . Then I got the following error

"Unexpected error;

inform your system administrator: communication error: Error while doing a

'RepositoryOptionsAccess.getInstance().getFunctionality(connectionIdentifier,

"backpropagation")' call to Dtr:Unauthorized"

Can any one help how to resolve this error. Please find the screen shot .
