Hello.
after upgrading our SAP HCM System to ECC 6.0 EhP 7 and applying SPS12
to our SAP Enterprise Portal we have problems with the Manager Self Services (MSS).
After calling MSS we see a yellow (warning) message saying "No connection to provider possible".
I attached a screenshot. Sorry that the picture shows a german portal screen.
Do have an idea why the message occurs and where the root cause maybe located ?
How can i fix this issue ? Are there any logs ?
