Universal Worklist UWL tasks question

Hi experts,

I am quite new to SAP portal.

In our enterprise portal 7.0 UWL there are some tasks for approval that cannot be opened (black text) but some can. What may be the cause of this issue and how do we resolve/troubleshoot this?
