Email connectivity in Collaboration??

Hi Experts,

  I am implementing the collaboration services in the my portal, where as part of collaboration configuration i am doing the Configuring the email connectivity  using the below sap link

In the above link its saying to create system object using the PAR com.sap.netweaver.col.appl.gw, as there are No PAR files from portal 7.3 how can i create the system object , my version is portal 7.4

Can anyone tell me how can i proceed with my configuration??
