Portal 7.3 logon page customization

Hello Experts,

We want to  change the “Logon problems?”  text as “Forget password”
in logon page(Portal 7.3 version,sp 7) as in  shown below screen shot.

We have   to add the my company  logo in the logon page, is it possible?  If the Answer  is yes, please let me know how to add the logo
image in Logon page (portal 7.3 version) in details. It is very   usefull
to me.
